Sales Solutions Executive
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Solutions Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and new business targets, as well as managing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an integrated sales strategy to expand and develop the business.
* Report on sales performance in a timely manner using established reporting structures and tools.
* Identify and target key customers to grow and develop the business.
* Achieve sales targets and manage resources within agreed budget constraints.
* Manage the sales process from project initiation to successful payment and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain professional relationships with customers to improve communication, understanding, and loyalty.
Market Analysis and Customer Relationships:
The successful candidate will maintain a thorough knowledge of the market and individual market sectors, providing detailed analysis to support strategic business development. They will also work closely with projects and service teams to ensure accurate specifications and capture of customer needs.
Forecasting and Growth:
The candidate will provide accurate short, medium, and long-term forecasts to manage sales activity and support business planning and development. They will also identify opportunities for margin improvement and organic growth within existing business.
Customer Account Management:
The successful candidate will manage customer accounts to agreed credit limits and time scales, following up on overdue accounts in conjunction with the credit team. They will ensure payment is received in full and on time for all goods and services supplied.
Requirements:
* Strong technical sales experience in capital equipment, preferably in the food industry.
* Excellent relationship-building and solutions sales skills.
* Knowledge of the food industry.
