This role requires a candidate with strong management experience in a hotel or resort setting. Responsibilities: Assume full responsibility for all operational management and drive financial performance Directly oversee all HODs in the execution of their duties to maximise operational efficiency Plan and organise operations, to achieve and maintain standards of consistency and maximise guest satisfaction Effectively implement, monitor and review all reporting standards Fully accountable for operational payroll and rostering Ensure that the highest standards of quality are maintained Fully conversant with all applicable legislation in respect of payment of services, registration of guests, data protection, food hygiene, consumer protection, health and safety and ensure such legislation is complied with at all times Requirements: Previous experience (ideally 5 years +) as a General Manager in a hotel or resort style business with thorough knowledge of food and beverage and accommodation operations, including service techniques and guest interaction Strong financial acumen with proven success in overseeing multi-revenue stream operations and extensive experience in driving business growth and exceptional financial results Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry Have an interest in PR and marketing and see the benefits of multi-media for the promotion of the business Excellent attention to detail with impeccable organisational abilities If you feel this may be for you and want to hear more on this with a full job spec about this General Manager role please submit your CV via the link below #INDGAL Skills: Hospitality Management Tourism & Leisure Operations Management
