As a New Business Development Manager, you will:
1. Identify and approach potential customers to introduce them to the fantastic Nespresso Professional Solutions for their workplace.
2. Be part of a successful sales team, where your proactive mindset will drive you to seek out new opportunities every day, collaborating with diverse organizations.
3. Showcase your exceptional organization skills, prospecting abilities, and closing power in sales. Your determined personality and strong social skills will make you a key player.
4. Utilize social media channels to uncover new business prospects and innovative ways to connect with potential clients.
The ideal New Business Development Manager will:
1. Thrive on securing appointments and winning new business, making the most of face-to-face interactions with customers.
2. Love being out in the field, meeting clients and building relationships rather than being stuck behind a desk.
3. Actively seek out new opportunities in the market on a daily basis, driven by your self-motivation and hunger to learn.
4. Demonstrate expertise in B2B sales, leveraging your experience and skills to identify and close new business opportunities.
5. Consistently exceed budgets and targets, constantly pushing for the number one position within the team.
