HR People Partner
Location: North Tipperary
Job Type: 18-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with 2-3 days per week required in the office
I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking an experienced HR Partner with a strong background in employment law. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees while contributing to key HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on employment law, agency employment law, and HR best practices to managers and staff.
* Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a fair and productive work environment.
* Conduct investigations and conflict resolution in a consistent and professional manner.
* Support the HR Manager in implementing change projects, process improvements, and cultural initiatives.
* Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
* Guide managers through the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies, staying updated on legal and HR best practices.
* Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
* Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, focusing on employee relations, talent management, and organisational development.
* Strong knowledge of employment and agency employment law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with employees and business leaders.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Full driver's license, with access to a car and willingness to travel as required.
