Duties:
* Responsible for creating payment plans for customers.
* Managing a portfolio of customers and providing high-level customer service at all times.
* Handling customer queries and complaints, escalating severe issues to management.
* Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner through phone, letter, or other correspondence.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience.
* Call center experience is desirable.
* Graduates are preferred.
* Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
* Native English speaker required.
* Negotiation skills and I.T knowledge are necessary.
