Job Responsibilities
You will be working alongside a team of highly professional client focused Chartered Surveyors & Building Surveyors to:
* Conduct property inspections and prepare associated Reports.
* Liaise with Clients and answer queries.
* Manage professional case load including setting and attending inspection appointments and ensuring effective time management to achieve set turnaround times.
* Assist the team as necessary to achieve management goals.
Job Requirements (including qualification & experience)
Candidates should
* Have good knowledge and understanding of Planning Acts & Regulations and Building Control Acts & Regulations in Ireland.
* Previous experience not necessary and you will be provided with full on the job training by our supportive professional team of Chartered Surveyors.
* Have a high level of attention to detail and the willingness to learn on the job.
* Be willing to work as a member of our team undertaking all necessary tasks assigned by Management.
* Have good organisation and time management skills.
* Have proficient IT skills necessary to prepare Reports in a timely and professional manner.
* Hold a full driving license and have access to their own transport.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills with a clear focus on Client satisfaction.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be either:
* A graduate holding a degree in Building Surveying.
* A trainee Building Surveyor holding a degree in Building Surveying with some relevant experience.
* An experienced registered Building Surveyor.
All relevant applicants with the above qualifications will be considered regardless of experience, including applicants nearing the end of an appropriate degree course.
* Working from home/ hybrid working.

* Professional guidance and support towards Chartership / Registered status.
* Annual leave above statutory minimum.
