This is a brilliant Hybrid role, 3 days per week in office.
You will need a full driver's licence for this role.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing impactful communications strategies, PR initiatives, and engaging events to support key marketing campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to drive the success of campaigns, oversee event management, and help shape the public image of our brand. You will be responsible for strategic communications planning, crisis management, and budget oversight, while managing a talented team to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement external communications strategies, PR initiatives, and events to support key marketing campaigns.
* Work with external communication agencies to ensure effective execution of strategies.
* Provide guidance and support for public relations across different business areas.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Logistics, Property, and Finance on key projects.
* Manage reputational risks and crisis communications in coordination with stakeholders.
* Track the performance of communications strategies and ensure that KPIs are met within budget and timelines.
* Lead and manage a team to ensure effective execution of communications goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Full Driver's License.
* Proven experience in communications, both in-house and/or agency settings.
* Strong understanding of PR and communications with knowledge of the Irish media landscape.
* Hands-on experience in event management, activations, and project management.
* Social media management experience is highly desirable.
* Solid understanding of the retail or consumer goods market is a plus.

* Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
* People management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and budget management tools.
* Ability to manage budgets and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
