Job Overview

Responsibilities
1. Work closely with UX, Product, and Marketing cross-functional team members to ensure seamless user experiences.
2. Write UX copy for mid-to-high complexity projects, communicate complex product features and benefits in clear language to help customers understand and use T-Mobile's products and services.
3. Be a champion for the customer and work to find the happy medium between business goals and customer needs.
4. Participate in research and use insights from qualitative and quantitative studies and business analytics to solve customer problems.
5. Guide the development and optimization of content to achieve specific goals and address customer needs.
6. Identify and champion the most efficient content workflows possible.
7. Organize existing content, create guidelines for future content, and ensure that all content aligns across channels.
8. Audit content to identify strengths and weaknesses in order to optimize content strategy and performance.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Psychology or related field.
2. 5-7 years of UX content design experience in an agency or corporate environment, which you can show in a strong portfolio.
3. Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional partners to write, edit, develop or plan online and retail content.
4. Strong grammar and editing skills.
5. Experience working through ambiguity and executing complex projects.
6. Ability to balance design quality with business and customer needs.
7. At least 18 years of age.
8. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
