Hours: 9.00 to 5.30 Mon to Thurs / Finishing 5.00pm on Fri / 2 coffee breaks and an hour for lunch.
This is a fully in-office role.
Holidays: Standard 20 days

Overview
With less in-person meetings and more people using direct dial to reach our lawyers, our reception is relatively quiet. Accordingly, this is a dual role of managing the reception duties and providing general administrative assistance to the various teams as required.
Reception Responsibilities
1. Answering phones
2. Meeting/greeting
3. Reception diary management
4. Ensuring meeting rooms are ready for each meeting
5. Providing tea and coffee if required for meetings
6. Dealing with couriers
7. Naming and saving scanned post to system every morning
8. Entering post in post log every evening
Legal Executive Responsibilities
1. Printing / Scanning / Photocopying
2. Opening new client files on system
3. Entering/updating contact details to system
4. Preparing briefs
5. Scheduling title deeds
6. Providing assistance as required to the various teams from time to time
Required Skills
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Strong team player who can work on their own initiative
3. Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
4. Attention to detail
