Job Description
* Assist in development of new frameworks to ensure organisation enduring requirements are fully met.
* Support in development of prequalification and evaluation criteria and evaluations of packages.
* Support in development of tenders, evaluation criteria, scope of work etc and evaluation of proposals.
* Ensure that all elements of scope of work are well included in the Contract requirements.
* Support the commercial evaluation process of bids with the procurement department.
* Manage commercial, and contractual matters, in close collaboration with commercial, procurement and legal departments.
* Pro-active contracts management and claim negotiations including resolution of issues/disputes of Contracts.
* Lead on assessment of contract variations in line with contractual provisions.
* Reviewing Supplier’s contract submittals and arranging responses to same within contractual timescales.
* Ensure contract compliance throughout the duration of the contract, including monitoring deliverables, managing variations and claims and resolving disputes.
* Data analysis and reporting – collecting and collating data for forecasting and planning purposes plus record-keeping purposes.
* Extensive record keeping supporting ongoing tender administration and purchase requisition/purchase order governance.
* Support procurement activities on current frameworks to ensure immediate requirements are met in a timely manner.
* Prepare and manage procurement timelines and plans for the whole duration of project.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of demonstrated experience in contracts management of Marine Surveys (Geophysical, Geotechnical etc)
* Bachelor’s degree qualification in Supply Chain Management /Engineering /Business/ Law or equivalent.
* Contract management experience throughout the life cycle of Offshore projects including contract change management and contract claim management.
* Extensive knowledge of Contracts for Surveys Operations.
* Understanding of the financial analysis and reporting of project budgets.
* Build, maintain and manage close relationships with internal stakeholders.
