Roles & Responsibilities Comply with FDA, c GMP and other quality procedures Have a clear vision of what has been produced, is being produced, and what needs to be produced Attend weekly planning meetings Create batch records for bottling and blend/refine Review Master Control MX & SAP to ensure that product is reconciled correctly Review and update Manufacturing related SOPs as required Create deviations and NCRs as required Reconcile logs (including cleaning, equipment in room use) etc Update daily trackers on Excel Print labels required for the production rooms Manufacturing projects-coordinating, researching, administration Carry out preparation works to meet goals for the following production day Update the weekly and monthly internal reports (Power Point) Additional responsibilities as assigned Required Qualifications & Experience Knowledge of Quality and c GMP standards Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook is essential Working knowledge of SAP & Master Control (including MX) is a distinct advantage Previous experience of a similar role is desirable.
Minimum 3 years experience working directly in a manufacturing environment.
