Job Title: Site Clerk
A leading residential builder is seeking a skilled Site Clerk for a large housing development in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will possess some construction experience and hold a degree qualification in a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
* General Site Administration
* BCAR Administration
* Quality Control
* H&S Paperwork Administration
* Document control for the site management team
* Procurement of site materials and reporting to Head Office for on-site accounts activities
* Maintenance of the site order book and reconciliation of orders with delivery dockets
* Inspection of deliveries when feasible
* Administration of returns in accordance with Company policy
* Verification of invoices and dockets before submission to Head Office
* Data entry and backup tasks
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's prior experience ideally in construction
* Preference for a construction-related degree
* Diligence and a strong attention to detail are essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
* €40,000 - €45,000
