Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Testing Manager to oversee the testing activities for a CRM Configuration project.
The Testing Manager will be responsible for developing test strategies, managing test plans, and leading a team of testers to ensure that the CRM system meets the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, excellent leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities Test Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for the CRM Configuration project.
Define testing scope, objectives, and criteria for success.
Identify and allocate appropriate testing resources, tools, and environments.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Test Execution and Management:
Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring adherence to test plans and schedules.Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution.
Ensure that all testing activities are thoroughly documented and that test results are accurately reported.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that the CRM system meets the defined quality standards and business requirements.
Conduct reviews and audits of test processes and deliverables to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
Collaborate with development and business teams to address and resolve quality issues.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to testing activities and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in testing practices and technologies.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for testing-related queries and issues.
Communicate test status, progress, and results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Testing Manager or in a similar role, preferably with CRM projects.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using testing tools and software (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred.
