Job Title: Site Manager

Your New Role: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. All of their projects are located in South Dublin, so there won't be any expectations of long commutes!
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and supervising all on-site activities, including subcontractors and trades.
2. Coordinating with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
3. Monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
4. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
5. Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
6. Maintaining accurate records of site activities and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry (10 years +).
2. Proven longevity in previous companies.
3. Experience on residential projects is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to lead a team on site.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
8. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various sites as required.
