Our client, a supplier of equipment to the medical and healthcare sector is seeking to hire an experienced Office Administrator to work from their Dublin office in Santry, North Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have administration and customer service experience, be a strong team-player and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Processing daily orders on Microsoft DynamicsCheck and file reports from Service EngineersScheduling work on equipment for Engineers based throughout Ireland.
Confirming orders with customersGenerate sales reports.
Conducting regular reporting processes in line with KPIsManage day to day orders – processing, picking, and packing of products.
Assist with general administration and office duties.
