Industrial plumber

Industrial Plumber Industrial Plumber required for a leading Facilities company.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role is ideal for a highly flexible candidate with a strong all-round knowledge of industrial plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Facilities Manager key duties will include but will not be limited to: Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance.
Work as part of the maintenance team to develop, maintain and improve the maintenance program.
Maintain building structures, fabrics and finishes.
Work flexible hours including regular weekends due to the nature of the business.
(time off in lieu for these hours) Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager Supervising visiting contractors Issuing permits Duty cover during events Requirements: Knowledge of modern building plant A flexible and adaptable candidate with a can-do attitude.
