About the Role
We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our E-Learning platform. Our platform provides instructor-led and on-demand training, coaching, and consulting services to technology-led and innovation-driven organizations across the U.S. and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Bulk pipeline through prospecting
* Closing sizable B2B contracts
* Managing an existing book of business or regional book of business
* Winning new business in assigned territories
* Collaborating with the delivery team for high client satisfaction
* Working closely with marketing to refine offerings, positioning, and materials
* Representing the company at events, conferences, and seminars
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience required
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in a senior executive environment required
* Expertise in consultative selling/solutions sales required
* Proven ability to build relationships and find ways to get in the door
* Proven closing ability required
* Strong negotiation skills required
* Prior experience selling into C-Suite, Project Management Offices, or Learning and Development Department preferred
* Background in project management, technology, or operations preferred
* Ability to work in CRM systems required
* Experience working in lean and rapidly changing entrepreneurial organizations required
* Entrepreneurial mindset, curious, persistent, hungry to win business and reach targets
