ROLE: Franchise Operations Manager

Role:
The leader of the Operations team will be responsible for managing the regional operations managers. They will be responsible for ensuring all team members are working in sync to achieve the maximum outputs, ensuring profitable outcomes in all channels that exceed budget plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the management of the Operations team; leading, collaborating and developing in line with the Navi’s overall mission and KPIs
* Responsible for ensuring that all Operations Managers have built trusted relationships with franchise pharmacy customers and partners
* Work as the main point of contact for the Operations team in collaborating with all internal teams to execute trade plan activities and Navi initiatives
* Lead in the promotion of customer advocacy by actively collecting and responding to franchise customer feedback
* Work as main point of contact for members and deliver feedback on their behalf to key stakeholders within Navi
* Responsible for ensuring that franchise partners are communicated with effectively, updating them on key KPIs and industry insights
* Ownership and management of sales pipeline for Navi Products and Services within the Franchise Group
* Liaise with the Procurement team and provide advice and feedback in relation to correct inventory management for customers
* Lead in ensuring the successful onboarding of new members to the franchise group
* Work as a business advisor to the independent pharmacy owners ensuring they are maximising turnover and margin as well as encouraging operational efficiency in store
* Review company practices to ensure customers get maximum satisfaction from their interactions with Navi Group
* Liaise and collaborate with relevant internal team and ensure that annual financial objectives are aligned to ensure the business meets its KPIs - quantitative and qualitative.
* Identify opportunities in each pharmacy in the territory and work with each store to develop a business plan to maximise opportunities
* Develop robust and detailed action plans for all stores covering all KPIs and measure performance against agreed benchmarks
* Deliver exceptional retail standards across the region and ensure promotional and planogram compliance
Skills/Experience Specification:
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
* Eight or more years in a senior leadership role in a related field
* Strong communication and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
* Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and employee management
* Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
* Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands
* Experience in developing budgets and business plans
* Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes
* Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
* Full clean driving licence
