Responsibilities
:
1. Responsible for authorisation & quality control checks for external payments to Investors within strict currency deadlines
2. Responsible for authorisation & quality control checks for payments tomission/management fee accounts within strict currency deadlines
3. Responsible for authorisation & quality control checks on all funding payments.
4. Day to day oversight of processing quality and timeliness in Bangalore, seeking appropriate information from local management there where required
5. Monitor and assist on the queries and liaise with other departments where necessary
6. Assist in the continued process of TQM (total quality management)
7. Take part in any project related work as required
8. Attendance at internal/client meetings as required
9. Maintains a close working relationship with other TA areas, such as Dealing, Registration, and other internal areas such as the Client Services
10. Fulfil additional, relevant, tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements
11. Working with other team members to ensure Settlements Team Mailbox is kept up to date at all times and that e mails are actioned/filed promptly and within the standard SLD.
Qualifications:
12. Demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of Transfer Agency Finance Functions
13. Ability to review and resolveplex issues working under pressure meeting challenging deadlines
14. Customer Service experience would be preferred
15. Excellent planning and organisation skills with a flexible approach to work
16. Ability to work on own initiative
17. Good keyboard skills to include MS Excel and ability to learn systems used within the business (Essential)
18. Experience in working with Multiple Currencies
19. Extensive knowledge of regulatory environment is highly desirable
