Senior AI & ML Software Engineer
Job Summary:
This is a senior role for an experienced software engineer to lead the development of AI and machine learning solutions for medical diagnostic analyzers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data structures, machine learning models, and software engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gathering large data sets from medical analyzers and developing suitable data structures.
2. Committing this data to AI and ML tools to create models predicting analyzer behavior.
3. Implementing these models into a real-time system to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in designing and developing high-quality AI, ML, and DS solutions.
* In-depth knowledge of various sophisticated tools and methods, including data analysis, manipulation, building AI/ML models, and implementation into real-time systems.
* Demonstrated experience with multiple machine learning techniques/models, transfer learning, and GPU acceleration.
* Strong experience with core software engineering languages (e.g., Python, C, C#, C++) and databases (SQL or other).
* Ability to decompose complex real-world problems into simple, straightforward AI/ML/DS solutions.
* Excellent computer hardware knowledge, including microcontrollers.
* Use of software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:
