As a Risk & Compliance Investigator, you will be a part of a worldwide team that helps identify and mitigate the potential misuse of Apple tools while protecting our customers from internal fraud. The successful candidate will work closely with key business partners, including Global Security, Legal, Employee Relations, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Supplier Responsibility, and Retail Operations.
Description
1. Investigate leads generated through business escalations or internal reporting
2. Provide highly accurate reporting and analyse large data sets
3. Perform and develop strategic reporting to help support business goals
4. Produce data analysis to impact business initiatives and goals
5. Engage in business initiatives to ensure that the impact of changes will be measurable
6. Find opportunities for innovation to reduce financial and data loss
7. Identify ways to mitigate misuse of internal tools and protect our customer’s PII
8. Report trends to fellow investigators and key business partners
9. Report escalation trends to management
10. Assist partner groups with data requests
Minimum Qualifications
* Experience with the RCC a Plus
* Strong SAP Skills
* Highly experienced at spreadsheet analysis
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Strong analysis and problem solving skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Exemplary work ethic with a high degree of flexibility
* Detail-oriented self-starter
* Outstanding follow through
* SQL or Python experience required
* Well versed in Tableau Dashboard creation required
Preferred Qualifications
* Well versed in RCC Process and Procedures
