Sales Manager Job Description
One of the most exciting and fast-growing tech companies is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Manager to lead their team of DACH Account Executives.
This role involves recruiting, training, developing, and supporting new and existing AEs to ensure they meet specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing individual contributors, preferably in complex or enterprise accounts.

Role Overview
* Drive and motivate the team around key objectives.
* Lead outbound efforts to generate and close new business.
* Develop and implement a scalable skills curriculum for continuous improvement and advancement.
* Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports.

* Proficiency in English and German.
* Experience managing and coaching full sales cycle professionals.
* Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse and high-performing team.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
* Comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
