Title: Recruitment Marketing Specialist
Type: Contract - 6 months
Location: Dublin - Remote
Job Summary:
The focus of this role will be on understanding the audience, and using data to figure out best sourcing channels for acquiring new talent. You will work with colleagues across the business, as well as external partners to develop great content strategies that highlight the brand, build email marketing and multi-channel campaigns. The role will require a high level of interaction with people managers, and senior colleagues.
Responsibilities:
1. Build persuasive & engaging posts, emails, social media campaigns through a combination of research and collaboration with recruiters & the business.
2. Identify new channels of sourcing / recruitment to reach a broader audience in new demographics and geographies both nationally & internationally.
3. Generate business updates and reports using web and behavioural analytics to identify areas for improvement, seeking opportunities to improve conversions and generate quality applications.
4. Work closely with our recruitment managers and their divisions, learning their business and developing a deep understanding of their markets - to deliver appropriate targeted messaging.
5. Content Management and assist in the ongoing development and improvement of careers platform
6. End to end event management for recruitment evenings and open days, including event design, content curation, logistics, and promotion, while tracking, measuring and reporting on event success.
Requirements:
7. Qualification in Human Resources, Marketing, PR or similar relevant field.
8. Previous experience with vendor and stakeholder management
9. Prior knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
10. Excellent interpersonal skills, with an effective communication style appropriate to audience, culture, and situation.
11. A passion for working with technology, with an analytical mind set.
12. An understanding of recruitment processes and candidates' selection methods.
13. Hands on experience with online marketing tools, building email marketing campaigns.
