Job Title: Head of Compliance and Risk Manager
This is a senior management position within the Horizon House Group, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure a proactive approach to incident, accident, complaints, and risk management across the Horizon House Group in line with National Standards and national guidance.
* Liaise with other members of the senior management team regarding corporate risk and corporate risk management.
* Develop and ensure internal support systems/processes for incident management, including communication and escalation of serious incidents.
* Monitor risk registers and incident management systems.
* Track implementation of major reports/investigations recommendations.
Candidate Requirements:
* Promoting humanity at the centre of all interactions with our residents.
* A formal qualification in Social Care or Healthcare Management or other relevant qualification at level 8 or above on the QQI framework.
* A minimum of 5 years Management experience in Direct Provision, Social Care, Health Care, or equivalent experience.
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of the National Standards for Direct Provision Accommodation.
