Receptionist Required for Immediate start
Our client based in Dublin City Centre is seeking a receptionist with some administration for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will work in a busy reception during the hours Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5pm.
The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to
·Answering calls from the switchboard and dealing with accordingly
·Welcome and sign in visitors
·Providing refreshments for meetings and visitors
·Manage the “book meeting room” system
·Look after post, delivery and arrange couriers
·Order supplies
·Support the PA’s as required with bookings, travel etc
·Assist with the monthly credit card reconciliation
·Assist with any company events organisation
·Ad hoc duties like typing up notes, updating the client database etc
