Registered Nurse Opportunity in Dublin South
We are seeking a registered Nurse to work with our key client based in Dublin South. Our client is a medical equipment supplier offering flexible work models and a competitive package.

The Role:
* As a member of our team, you will provide support and education to patients with sleep disordered breathing and bilevel ventilation.
* You will work with the wider Nurse Helpline, providing support to patients remotely and in-person at the Patient Clinic Room.
* The role involves arranging diagnostic tests, both remotely and in clinics.
* Management of these patients is across digital platforms, requiring you to be capable of working across multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Provide support and education to patients through the Nurse Helpline & Hub and Spoke Model.
* Initial therapy setup in a clinical room.
* Conduct CPAP follow-up clinics and communicate with sales management, marketing, and other corporate departments.
* Provide telephone support services to patients remotely using Remote Monitoring Technology.
* Manage patient queries, ensuring compliance and liaising with physicians, technicians, and nursing personnel.
* Support clinical sales teams, interacting with Customer Service, Warehouse, Accounts, and creating efficient workflows.
* Maintain quality patient-focused service, updating patient records in online Patient Management Systems.
* Program, dispatch, and download sleep diagnostic data, sending it to physiologists and hospitals.
Requirements:
* You must be a registered nurse.
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Patient Management Systems.
* Ability to work across multiple digital platforms, plan work, and prioritise daily tasks.
* Proactive, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and quality.

Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
