Main Responsibilities: Ensure that all customer invoices are completed, posted and filed in a timely manner, advising the General Manager and Finance Manager of any incomplete transactions for month end.
Assist in completing the weekly financial reports.Process customer handling requests for the operation, co-ordinating all third party requirements, slot applications and inputting data to advise the relevant airport departments of our arrivals and departures.Maintain and update the customer contracts file under the guidance of the General Manager ensuring accuracy of invoicing in line with agreed rates.Inputting customers Tailwins details into the system and maintaining a spreadsheet of same.Inputting of Business Cards collected into E-Survey system.Assist in keeping the Office, Reception and Lounge in good condition and ensuring adequate stock levels of supplies, including stationary are maintained.Co-ordinate with colleagues and the General Manager to ensure that uniform standards are maintained in accordance with company policy.Reconciliation of petty cash and vehicle fuel uplift spreadsheets.Complete any other duties as allocated by the General Manager to assist in the operation.Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Full and clean driving licence.Proficient with general Microsoft programmes e.g.
Word, Outlook, and Excel.Previous experience of working in an Operations Department is essential.Good communication skills, be a team player and an innovator.Self-motivated with good time management skills.Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment.Strong customer service focus.Flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern to include overtime, with time given back in lieu.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work both office-based and out on the ramp.A willingness to work overtime to cover leave and busy periods.Strong attention to detail.Comfortable working with numbers.Excellent personal presentation.Fluent in English.
