About the Role
We are very excited to hire our first Leader in Dublin focusing on Program Implementation Management as we grow and scale our Professional Services team across EMEA. This role is the perfect blend of people leadership, client management and onboarding new clients as we expand our customer base. You are a leader and coach - lead with empathy, inspire your team, elevate them and bring them on the journey with you. Lead with a curious mindset and solve problems by thinking differently as you assist the team with organization, prioritization, process creation/improvement and client interaction.
A successful candidate will help ensure metrics are accurate, have an eye for change and improvement, and will celebrate team wins. You will gain experience working with HiredScore’s executive team, development and product teams, client success teams, and our client’s senior leadership. Responsibilities:
1. Build and empower a distributed team of Project Implementation Managers - Hiring, training, mentorship, and development of new members
2. Lead a team of Project Implementation Managers while acting as a subject matter expert on HiredScore products and point of contact for all implementation processes and escalations of your team
3. Support and guide the team in day-to-day operations, client interactions, attending client calls when needed
4. Understand clients' needs, and current workflows to design a HiredScore implementation plan to address those needs, and offer creative solutions to implementations
5. Close coordination with internal teams to address potential issues and risks
6. Working closely with Customer Success to ensure a successful transition of the accounts from the sales period to the launch, training, post-launch, and adoption period
About You
Basic Qualifications
7. +3 years experience managing a team of Technical Project Managers/ Implementation Managers/ Professional Services Managers
8. Experience working in a SAAS company selling to enterprise clients in a global environment
9. Strong hands-on experience in implementing SAAS products / Professional services in a Software Delivery environment including configurations, system integrations, etc.
10. Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change. Must be resilient in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity
11. Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English.
12. Affinity for technology and deep understanding of software delivery lifecycle
13. Availability and flexibility to sometimes work US-hours (e.g. evenings)
Other Qualifications:
14. A good understanding of current IT standards, applications, User Acceptance Testing, and trends
15. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
16. Familiarity with ticket and knowledge management tools such as JIRA & Confluence
17. Industry knowledge of HR Tech Industry
18. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
