Job Description
The Fleet Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our client's presence in the motor industry.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fleet market.
* Present and sell our range of vehicles to potential and existing fleet customers.
* Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
* Provide tailored fleet solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
* Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
* Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through to vehicle delivery and aftersales support.
* Collaborate with the finance team to arrange funding and leasing options for clients.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
* Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
Skills and Experience
* Proven track record of success in fleet sales or a similar sales role within the automotive industry.
* Strong understanding of fleet management and vehicle leasing options.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
* High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Full, valid, current driving licence for driving in Ireland.
