Job Title: Site Manager
Duration: Permanent, Hours: 39 hours per week
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the day-to-day management of a team of technicians on-site
* Be the point of contact for service providers
* Trouble-shooting and high-level investigation of utility plant equipment faults and failures - root cause analysis
* Compliance/quality engineering - recording and investigation of deviations on qualified utility plant and equipment
* Ensure that root cause problem solving is used for all equipment/utility system issues
Maintenance and Quality Assurance:
* Carry out planned preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as required
* Ensure PMs are completed on time
* Lead continuous improvement projects
* Good knowledge and understanding of CMMS systems
* Develop PMs and Job Plans as well as SOPs for plant equipment
Liaising and Support:
* Liaising with MRO stores team to identify spare part requirements
* Review maintenance programme periodically to ensure optimal uptime levels are achieved
Requirements:
* Supervisory experience with Utilities
* Experience with six sigma/lean preferred
* Degree qualified Level 7/8 preferably in mechanical/building services
* Past working experience ideally gained in Pharma or FMCG
