Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30, Friday finish at 5pm Fully office-based role Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales and procurement operations.
This role is pivotal in ensuring excellent service to our customers and efficient communication with suppliers.
You will handle customer and supplier interactions, manage sales orders, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
Key Responsibilities Customer Management Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customers.
Process sales orders accurately in the system and confirm details with customers.
Supplier Coordination Liaise with suppliers to source products, negotiate pricing, and confirm lead times.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
Maintain and update supplier records and pricing information.
Order Processing and Logistics Ensure sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and shipping teams to ensure goods are dispatched on time.
Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
General Administration Maintain accurate records of enquiries, orders, and communications.
Generate sales reports and assist in analysing sales data to identify trends.
Assist the sales team with administrative support as needed.

Familiarity with supply chain or logistics processes is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits: €35,000-€40,000 depending on experience.
