About your role
You will join a small People & Culture team in a challenging and dynamic environment at our headquarters in Aalborg.
This role will give you a mix of responsibilities, but your key responsibilities are:
1. Ownership of search and recruitment function: You can look forward to having a very central role when it comes to search and recruitment. You’ll manage and run the full circle of all recruitments including pre- and onboarding processes. Besides, you’ll participate in the final round of interviews as part of the hiring team.
2. Management of People & Culture projects: Assist the development and implementation of key projects such as upgrade of existing HR system, internal competence development, employer branding activities, maintenance of contractual foundation, etc.
3. Stakeholder management: You’ll be the go-to person for all recruitments and work closely with hiring managers to support and collaborate with them on recruitment processes.
4. DiSC profile feedback: Provide DiSC profile feedback to candidates as part of the recruitment process. If you’re not certified in DiSC, certification will be provided.

We envision that you have:
* a relevant theoretical background preferably complemented with a few years of experience in recruitment.
* experience with facilitating full cycle recruitment processes, including pre-process activities, pre-screening, setting up and conducting interviews with hiring managers and leading the onboarding process.
* a demonstrated understanding of how to plan and prioritize your tasks based on business considerations. You are service-minded, conscientious, committed, and able to work in an often varying and busy environment.
* good interpersonal skills, love to smile, are good at communicating with others, and can work across the organization at all levels.
* strong communication skills and high proficiency in written and verbal English due to the international scope of our company.
