Job Title: SAP Administrator
Department: Civil Engineering Department, Mechanical & Electrical
Location: Dublin 8
Contract: 11 months (option to extend for 96 weeks)
Role Overview:
Providing administrative support for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, security, fire, and lift & escalator systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Populate & update SAP Requisition on Master Register.
* Set up SAP purchase requisitions as requested.
* Receipt SAP Purchase Orders via Workflow in SAP.
* Ensure invoices are compliant & follow up on non-compliance.
* Liaise with Mechanical & Electrical Managers to progress periodic accruals.
* Liaise with M&E Managers & Training Dept to coordinate training as required.
* Stationery & PPE ordering.
* Review contractor timesheets and allocate costs as per invoices provided by vendors.
Key Requirements:
* Working knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM).
* Strong PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
