The Hotel
Rochestown Lodge Hotel is ideally located on the fringe of Dun Laoghaire town and short distance to Dublin city centre. The modern three star hotel offers 900 spacious guest rooms, bar restaurant and a selection of meeting rooms. Facilities in the hotel include a 15 metre deck level swimming pool, gym and Spa.
The Role
The role involves delivering a consistently high standard of guest service in our Restaurant and Food Service areas and building and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate should have good restaurant and/or bar experience, a good personality, good people skills, be guest orientated, have a caring attitude and a fine attention to detail. An excellent command of the English language is essential.
Duties will include:
1. Providing exceptional levels of welcome and friendly service for every guest.
2. Having a good working knowledge of food and beverage operations.
3. Maintaining the restaurant and service areas in a clean, hygienic and welcoming manner.
