What will you do as HR Administrator?
As HR Administrator, you will work alongside the HR Director, HR Manager and HR Graduate to provide specialist HR and Telephone Support to over 300+ employees. Duties include:
* Carry out recruitment administration - drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, shortlisting, organising and participating in interviews, delivering job offers, completing reference checks.
* Addressing any telephone inquiries, greeting visitors to Head Office and scheduling/confirming appointments.
* Utilise the company HRIS System to input and update employee personnel records.
* Assist with organising employee training and monitoring existing training programmes.
* Participate in the implementation and execution of HR Projects.
* Assist with company performance reviews and employee relations cases, e.g., note-taking and issuing documentation such as invites to investigations or outcome letters.
What will you require as HR Administrator?
* Minimum of 6-12 months HR Administration experience.
* Experience in addressing telephone inquiries.
* Desirable to have CIPD Qualification or HR Degree.
* Skilled in utilising HRIS Systems.
