Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Estates Department with maintenance tasks, including reactive, preventative, planned maintenance, and health and safety requirements.
* Provide exceptional customer service to students and clients, being approachable and assistive when needed.
* Maintain accurate records of issues, damage, vandalism, and required repairs, reporting immediately to Estates/Sports.
* Manage key holding, operate pitch and track lighting, and sprinkler systems at the Sports Campus.
* Conduct sport grounds operations, ensuring facilities are maintained to high standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in Estates Function, with willingness to undertake additional training or mentorship.
* Attention to detail, leading by example, and living our values.
* Enthusiasm for customer service, self-motivation, and flexibility with a positive attitude.
* Basic statutory training requires basic reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills for understanding safety instructions and communicating with customers.
