About the Role
Our client, an automotive group of companies, is expanding into Ireland and seeking an experienced Used Car Sales & Operations Manager for their new Irish start-up.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth.
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, logistics, and showroom activities.
* Oversee vehicle procurement, pricing, and market analysis.
* Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
* Foster a customer-centric culture within the team to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Requirements
* At least 8 years' experience in the automobile industry, with a strong focus on sales and operations.
* Proven management experience, including team leadership and strategic planning.
* Deep understanding of the Irish automobile market and customer needs.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting.
