Customer Support Administrator
We are seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join our team in Dublin City Centre. This role offers a contract with review for extension and hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Manage customer queries through our ticket handling system within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Evaluate and improve ongoing processes and procedures
* Analyse and report on client information
* Process applications and provide financial updates
* Respond to queries via phone and email, as well as perform general administration tasks
Requirements:
* At least one year of experience in Customer Service or Call Centre roles
* At least one year of experience in Administration or Finance roles
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Familiarity with Sharepoint
