Your New Role The successful candidate will be professional, enthusiastic and trustworthy and posses the initiative required to multi-task in this busy environment.
Duties will include:
Assistant to the Maintenance Supervisor will provide General Maintenance within the property and its grounds General duties will include Painting, Basic plumbing / Electrical.
To notify the Senior Manager should a maintenance problem require further attention Ensure that a safe and secure environment for customers, staff and visitors is maintained; Ensuring that all maintenance queries and complaints are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.
Ensuring that our guest facilities and public areas are maintained and kept clean and tidy .
About The Role The ideal candidate will have: Must have valid permission to work Previous experience of working in a standards-driven environment.
Basic knowledge and understanding of maintenance trade would be essential.
A creative and solutions-focused approach when problem-solving.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to use business English verbally and through email correspondence is essential.

Desired Criteria Required Criteria At least 1 years' previous experience in a hotel's maintenance department.
Must have permission to work and be available to work up to 40 hours per week.
Previous experience of working in a standards-driven environment.
