We're currently recruiting for an Administration Support Specialist to assist our Contracts and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: Provide essential administration support to the Contracts and Engineering teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Speak with clients to take requests, answer inquiries, and provide quotes via email. Collect purchase orders (POs) and document any changes for invoicing purposes. Assist with the preparation and management of client project proposals. Update and upload required documents for ongoing and upcoming projects. Ensure Health & Safety (H&S) documents are accurately stored, up to date, and easily accessible. Build necessary documents and files for new projects. Liaise with clients to provide project updates and follow up with engineering and contracts teams for any necessary updates. Manage phone and email communications, handling inquiries and requests efficiently. Who You Are: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email, with a professional and client-focused approach. Proficient in document management and familiar with project documentation. A team player who can collaborate effectively across different departments. Someone who takes pride in maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring accuracy in all tasks. Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the engineering or contracts industry, is a plus.
