Our client is a leading Corporate and Investment bank. Due to continued growth in their Dublin office, they are now seeking an Onboarding Administrator to join their Client Onboarding team on a 9 month FTC.
Working directly alongside Investment Managers collaborating with the Client Onboarding team, in the banking and finance space (including charities and pension funds), the Onboarding Administrator will take responsibility for the following:
* Liaise with Investment Managers to ensure accurate information is obtained.
* Forward fully completed client account packs to Client Verification in the UK to ensure an efficient account opening process is maintained.
* Follow the process through by updating all relevant systems to allow the Investment Manager to commence trading for the client.
* Initial review of new client account packs, ensuring adherence to both internal processes and AML Regulatory requirements.
* Support business development through correct application of onboarding processes and procedures.
* Liaise with Client Verification, Compliance and Financial Planning teams when required.
The Onboarding Administrator will meet the following criteria:
* Good numeracy skills and strong attention to detail.
* Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work within restricted timescales.
* Skills to prioritise workload and identify when support is needed to achieve goals.
* The ability to work efficiently and accurately with both internal and external systems.
* Experience in AML, or QFA qualification.
