Summary
To better serve our clients and achieve our goals, we are seeking individuals who can develop effective customer sales campaigns, drive revenue, and convert new business opportunities.
You will work closely with our clients' most demanding customers, helping us understand their needs, develop product forecast models, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the interface between customers and business value chain partners to deliver exceptional service and drive profitability.
* Provide solutions to customers while managing operational needs and collaborating with operational partners to meet company objectives.
* Execute the order entry process and manage order fulfillment for assigned businesses or groups of businesses and customers.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of products, businesses, applications, and service offerings.
* Coordinate activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues, and implement solutions.
* Maintain service levels according to business prioritization.
* Strengthen customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs, and gathering market intelligence.
* Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
* Maintain customer records by updating account information.
* Escalate queries and concerns.
* Ensure customers are satisfied with products or services.
* Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
* Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a customer service role.
* Strong team player; motivated and extremely customer-centric.
* Analytical and problem-solving ability.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in customer management.
* Business fluent in Polish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
* Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Experience Level
1-3 years of work experience in customer service or similar roles.
