Hours: Approximately 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-15:30.

Responsibilities

* Perform general office duties, including filing, managing post, ordering stationery and general provisions.

* Provide sales administration support, arranging motor tax and registration of cars.

* Manage databases, updating various records.
">
* Maintain a clean and tidy showroom and waiting area as part of the showroom house management role.
">
* Contribute to accounting and banking tasks, including maintaining a daily cash book, recording deposits and sales receipts, preparing lodgements, and updating spreadsheets.

Candidate Profile

">
* Prior experience with sales and purchase ledgers is essential.
">
* Some accounts experience would be advantageous.
">
* The ideal candidate will be IT literate, with experience using Excel and Word.
