About The RoleKey Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standard.
Ensure the smooth running of your section and assist in other areas as needed.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items.
Manage stock and control waste effectively.
Supervise and train junior chefs, ensuring consistency in quality and efficiency.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
