Job Title: HR Generalist
We are an international organization specializing in a wide range of outsourcing HR Services & Solutions across Europe. We seek an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team in Dublin 13.
About the Role:
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, external legal stakeholders, and employees.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
* Provide HR advice based on best practices and applicable employment legislation.
* Potential to mentor and lead a team.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of the employment lifecycle with a focus on employee relations issues.
2. Deliver advice on disciplinary procedures, performance management, long-term sickness, and country-specific interactions.
3. Proactively manage employee relations, ensure legal compliance, and update HR policies accordingly.
4. Offer proactive HR consultation services to employees on key topics.
5. Administer personnel tasks, including contracts and database processing.
6. Travel approximately 25% within the EU (subject to COVID-19 restrictions).
7. Participate in ad-hoc HR projects.
Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in HRM or Business Management.
* Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong judgment and ability to balance company needs with employee requirements.
