Position Overview The Europe Divisional finance team is currently recruiting for a Finance, Planning and Analysis Business Controller role.
The position's location is flexible and open to discussion, and is an integral part of the Europe Divisional finance team as it supports Divisional management in the overall execution and co-ordination of the Division's financial deliverables.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for:
Input and support in the preparation, co-ordination and delivery of all FP&A requirements including monthly and quarterly deliverables, annual budgets and strategic plans.
Engaging with a wide number of stakeholders across a variety of business-related topics and projects leveraging business intelligence tools to provide analysis and insights.
Understanding key issues facing the business, key performance drivers, and providing clear analysis to support decision making.
Supporting the Division's capital programme including capex reporting, analysis, and the operation and continued development of the Division's CX Workflow application.
Co-ordination of the monthly CX Comm meetings and follow-up queries along with the monthly GLT CX reporting.
Involvement in the evolving requirements of sustainability and emission reporting including energy consumption and analysis.
Other ad hoc information/analysis as requested by senior and executive management.

Strong ability to review and understand information/trends and provide clear analysis.
Relationship management including building and maintaining good working relationships.
Customer Focus (internal).Self-starter with the ability to adequately plan and organize own work and complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Experience / Education You are/have:
Professional accountancy qualification with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in industry.3rd level degree or equivalent course qualification an advantage.
Knowledge of financial modelling and the principles of DCF, IRR, and Payback.
Advanced knowledge of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyse and validate financial and performance data.
Good commercial acumen.
