About the Role
Cpl Healthcare is partnering with a non-profit organisation based in Dublin, Ireland that provides services for people who are homeless and at risk of homelessness.
This role involves providing visiting support to households, enabling them to sustain their tenancies and settle into their homes and communities.
As part of the Visiting Tenancy Sustainment Service (VTSS) and the Settlement Service (SLI), you will work closely with customers to build their skills and confidence in managing their homes and addressing tenancy challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Work within the framework of the organisation's overall objectives and Service Level Agreement with Dublin City Council.
* Ensure adherence to Dublin City Council Generic Housing and Health and Safety Policies.
* Manage an agreed caseload and engage customers effectively to support them in making informed decisions relevant to their challenges and responsibilities under tenancy to the Local Authority.
* Contribute to the formulation of customer needs assessment and support plan using the PASS system and maintain up-to-date case work records.
Requirements
* 2 years of experience working with families and individuals experiencing homelessness.
* BA in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
* Experience of lone working in a social care setting.
* Experience of working and liaising with multiple agencies.
