Permanent /Fully onsite Job Description This medical and solution based company is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner, to be part of their team.
This role will report to the HR manager and you will support employees at all levels to ensure the overall smooth running of the organisation.
Role and Responsibilities Serve as a HR Partner to business leaders and their organisations developing HR strategies, needs assessments and resulting HR solutions.
Assist the Human Resources Manager in the development and delivery of HR strategies, programs and services that influence and drive the needs of the respective business.
Coach business leaders on HR practices to enhance talent pipeline development and retention; increase organizational effectiveness and foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
Utilize skills in data analysis and survey results analysis to help generate insights around talent, culture and engagement.
In partnership with HR Centers of Excellence, implement HR programs to support People Strategy & Organizational Goals around organizational effectiveness, change management, enhancing an inclusive culture.
Work with HR Operations and business leaders to ensure appropriate employee documentation, changes to employees' status, pay and benefits, annual performance appraisal process, employee relations investigations, employee discipline, and employee terminations to maintain compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
Prepare monthly HR metrics relating to areas of responsibility to management and division as required. Qualifications A relevant degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant area. 6-8 years Business HR Partnering experience with experience of one other HR specialization.
Strong knowledge of employment law in Ireland You should have a passion for people with a strong business acumen and enjoy working in a fast paced and often demanding organization which rewards strong performance.
