Role Description
The Customer Relationship Manager will work within a dynamic team to deliver excellent service to business customers. This role involves developing and managing relationships with B2B customers, delivering timely customer service, and supporting contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with B2B customers
* Deliver timely customer service and communications
* Support contractual obligations on consumption reports and analysis
* Assist with escalated customer queries or issues
* Support other areas of the Commercial Contracts team
* Manage Gireve, our roaming partner platform
* Support implementation of the new CRM system
Requirements
* 2-3 years relevant working experience
* Full driving license
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
* Analyzing data, problem-solving, and decision-making
* Excellent planning and organizing skills
* Innovation and creativity
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Location
This role is based in Swift Square, with some travel required as part of the role.
