Full time position for an Accounts Administratorlocated in a busy Cork city office. We are looking for a detail orientated individual to join our team Responsibilities: Data entry Monitor client accounts Issue invoices/statements/ consolidated invoices in a timely manner on a monthly basis Regular reviews and follow up actions Liaise and communicate effectively with customers to manage their accounts and resolve queries promptly Handle account queries by telephone and email Work on own initiative Other ad hoc duties Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role. A degree or qualification in accounting or finance Book keeping experience Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team Ability to work independently and be proficient at prioritising tasks Proficiency in Dynamics 365 an advantage but not essential References requested
